This 90-minute workshop is designed for everyone - whether you've recently had children, it's been years, or you simply want to build a stronger connection to your pelvic floor.
You'll learn how to properly engage your pelvic floor and core muscles, improve your posture, and apply these skills in everyday life - while applying this knowledge to a series of yoga poses.
